The way you draw hands conveys as much emotion as the facial expressions, and it’s almost deceptively subtle. When and how much Al’s claws dig in, the two of them lacing fingers (in a redux of Stryder and Adrian), Al’s hand against Ethan’s cheek and Ethan hand on top of Al’s, Ethan’s hand gripping the sheets or the pillow, Al’s arm around Ethan’s chest in the last panel on this page (which speaks so much left unsaid that it just makes my chest ache), and a little later, Ethan lying on his back, hands at either side, surrendered to the force of nature that is Al.

It’s all very fluid and expressive and beautiful.

In reply to Asmodeus. Yep. I'll have to look for it back in the earlier comments, but you did suggest we'll get to know more about why he's a dick alla time. Unless that's one of the subject-to-pruning story threads. I appreciate those.

In reply to Helo227. Oh, I'm sure we'll find out enough for us to pity him but not think he's OK for being a d-bag. Asmo has mentioned in the past that we will find out more about why he's so broken.
