Al commands LEGIONS of soldiers. The Collector Malthus commands SOLDIER (D-class) and Waifs.
What do you find in a legion of soldiers? Well, they’re often called ‘Legionnaires” …

Are the Legionnaires the rank of soldier that Al could command if he wanted to?
Because that seems like a LOT more of a cost than just ordinary soldiers and C classes — are they parallel to C classes maybe? Or a variant kind of “A” Class?
